Refund and Cancellation Policy
At ToT Awards, we strive to deliver exceptional experiences through our events and services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have outlined our refund and cancellation policies below to ensure clarity and fairness.
1. Event Registration Cancellations
Cancellations by Participants:
- Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to rajat@triumphsoftalent.com.
- Cancellations received 45 days or more before the event date are eligible for a full refund, minus a 25% administrative fee.
- Cancellations received less than 45 days before the event date are not eligible for a refund.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or failure to attend the event.
Substitutions:
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual by notifying us at least 10 days prior to the event.
2. Event Cancellations or Postponements by ToT Awards
In the unlikely event that ToT Awards cancels or postpones an event, registrants will be offered the option to:
- Receive a full refund.
- Transfer registration to a future event.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.
